Do I need money to start?
If you're picked, we can help you with finance. We go through the money side in our first meeting.
Will I actually own the café?
It's your café to run: your team, your calls. We explain exactly how ownership works when we meet, before you say yes to anything.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Applying is free, and you don't have to say yes to anything.
Am I paid while I train?
Your trial shift is paid. We go through pay for the training when we meet.
Which café would I get?
We decide that together. It depends on the café and where you'll do best.
What if it's not right for me?
That's what the trial shift and training are for. Both sides find out early — before you take on a café.
