We only use your details for your application. We never share them. A first check against the role's basic requirements is automatic; after that, every decision is made by a person. Is the profit share on top of my wage?
Yes. You keep your normal wage, and the profit share is extra on top.
What if the café has a bad quarter?
Your wage doesn't change. A weak quarter means a smaller share or none — never a bill. You carry none of the downside.
What training do I get?
Coffee and standards with our trainer, then the business side — ordering, stocktake, cost control, rostering, hiring and the weekly numbers. It runs over eight to twelve weeks on the floor.
Can I end up owning one?
Yes — it's why we built it this way. Our café partners come from our own floor first. There are conditions, including experience, performance and a buy-in, and we'll tell you exactly what they are.
